Hamm will work out of the firm's High Country office at 144 Poplar Grove Rd. in Boone, effective September 4, 2026. He was previously with Elevate Land & Realty in Banner Elk.

His practice centers on short-term rental properties and second homes, and his work with clients typically starts with the numbers – projected nightly rates, occupancy patterns, HOA and county rental restrictions, and what a property realistically returns before it ever becomes a family retreat.
